Weigh In

Hello all!  Hope you are all enjoying the sunshine! 

Id like to start this post by saying i have had an extremley bad week at work which resulted in a bad food week.  Some of the bad things ive done this week include the following:
Alcohol, an easter egg, chips, bread and no excercise argh!

Anyway, for these sins i will suffer next week!

I weighed myself on Saturday and ive lost 2lbs!  Im very pleased with that!  Especially as i know next weeks results will be bad!  Will be good again from tomorrow!
